**POSITION TITLE: Operations Manager****FLSA: Exempt.****Hire Pay: $55,000 annually.****Classification: Full\-time.** **JOB SUMMARY:** Manage a janitorial crew in a cost\-effective manner by establishing and applying sound management policies about the organization, customer relations, planning, cost control, and workflow. Responsible for recruitment, training, management, and supervision of all personnel assigned at the contract site. Responsible for ensuring that work is performed to the specifications of the contract. Responsible for maintaining equipment and supplies.
