Job Description **Regional Operations Manager** The leader of Sonrisa's practices in the field — the patient experience in every office, the Practice Managers and their teams, the way every practice looks and feels, and the results they deliver **Position** **Regional Operations Manager** **Department** Practice Operations **Reports to** Chief Operating Officer **Leads** The Practice Managers (and Practice Managers in Training) of the Illinois offices, and through them every non\-doctor team member in those offices. Works alongside the Practice Development Manager for the Florida practices, with the same standards, templates and reviews applied in both states. The region today is Illinois. As Sonrisa grows, the role leads a defined region; the count of offices per Regional Operations Manager is set by the COO. **Works closely with** Dr. Korkus and the doctors (through the Practice Managers); Human Resources; the Billing Manager; the Credentialing Specialist; Finance and Human Resources; Practice Development and Marketing; IT (Tekie Solutions); vendors for facilities, equipment and phones. **Location** Based at the corporate office, 3520 S.
