The TS will partner with hiring managers to evaluate skill levels, drive interview best practices, negotiate competitive offers, document selection activity, and disposition all candidates. Establishing stakeholder partnerships deeply rooted in trust and collaboration is essential. The TS will proactively develop and mine talent pipelines to produce a slate of high\-quality candidates by utilizing enhanced social media sourcing techniques, networking, prescreening, and interviewing.
