Rolling V Bus Corp. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Terminal Manager to oversee daily transportation operations for a school district contract. This role requires strong leadership, decision making and communication skills to effectively manager staff, ensure safety, compliance, and deliver reliable transportation services. The ideal candidate will be a hands\-on leader who fosters accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * + Provide leadership and direct supervision to dispatchers, drivers, bus attendants and terminal staff. + Oversee daily dispatch operations, including route coverage, vehicle assignments and schedule adjustments. + Step in as needed to dispatch, cover routes and support operational continuity + Monitor attendance, manage absences and approve or deny time off requests + Ensure all route are learned, maintained, and operated efficiently + Manage route billing, mileage tracking and contractual reporting requirements. + Ensure compliance with all company policies, school district requirements and regulatory standards. + Partner with the Safety team on accident investigations, disciplinary actions, follow up, trai...
