**Regional Manager** **Job Description** The Regional Manager reports directly to the Division Vice President and indirectly to Accounting, District Manager and Executive Leadership Team. The position will manage all accounts and managers within the assigned Region while partnering with all departments as required. This position, at times, will also perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary. * Must be biligual (English and Spanish). * Manage multiple sites and visit regularly. * Establish and implement operations standards. * Exceed account budget sales, increase existing customer revenue growth, identify and sell * additional services. * Develop new revenue streams and sales opportunities. * Work closely with Sales Team, participate in walk thru's and presentations. * Manage and decrease direct labor costs annually. * Manage and decrease direct cost at all accounts. * Variance reporting. * Lead Monthly Regional Board meetings utilizing the 4M Corporate Vision as a guide. * Execute the 4M playbook, create and customize priority checklist for all accounts, report to * customer, perform MAVRIC inspections, provide proactive customer updates, perform Cororate * Safety Audits...
