Overview: **Position Summary:** The Procurement Operations / Coupa Specialist is responsible for supporting and optimizing Mercury’s procurement operations with a primary focus on the Coupa platform, Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) workflow execution, operational compliance, and process standardization. This position serves as a key operational resource across requisitioning, approvals, purchase orders, invoice workflows, supplier onboarding coordination, reporting, and system enablement to help drive efficiency, control, and user adoption across indirect procurement activities. This role requires strong practical Coupa knowledge and a solid understanding of procurement operations, including how sourcing, approvals, supplier onboarding, contract documentation, invoicing, and governance interact across the full procurement lifecycle. Mercury’s procurement roadmap calls for full Coupa enablement, greater workflow automation, improved touchless PO processing, stronger data visibility, and KPI\-based operational management, making this role critical to the future\-state operating model.
