Essential duties and responsibilities: * Preparation of various journal entries. * Review of general ledger accounts. * Processing of expense reports. * Variety of monthly sales analysis. * Projects and analysis as requested. * Review of invoices for use tax. * Check processing, payments and 1099s. * Reviewing and maintaining A/P files with W\-9 information. * Accounts payable * Daily entry of vendor and intercompany invoices while adhering to company purchasing policies and GAAP standards. * Assist purchasing with set up of new vendors and maintaining vendor files. * Month end reconciliation of accounts payable accounts for timely month end close. * Inventory control * Assist in daily reconciliation/closing of open manufacturing orders. * Learn month end inventory reconciliation procedures. * Additional tasks as requested by management. * Assist with maintenance of BOM, costs, and variance reporting.
