Our Texas facility is growing into the largest operation in our company. We are looking for someone who has experience leading approximately **15–20 employees in a service center, distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing operation, equipment business, or similar hands\-on environment.** This is not primarily an administrative position. The General Manager will be the senior on\-site leader responsible for the **people, facility, operational standards, and coordination between departments.** We need someone who can walk into an operation, understand what's working and what isn't, establish better systems, develop employees and managers, and then hold the team accountable for maintaining those standards.
