**Overview** Dogwood Tax \& Advisory, LLC is hiring a full time Fractional Controller to work in the area of Client Advisory Services (CAS) and provide oversight of the accounting staff in the CAS department. This position provides senior\-level accounting leadership to clients of the firm on a part\-time outsourced basis and is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, improving financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and helping clients maintain accurate, timely, and decision\-ready financial information. This position functions as the head of accounting for our clients, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic support and requires that the individual be self\-motivated, client driven, and require management abilities. The firm of Dogwood Tax \& Advisory, LLC has offices located in Asheboro, NC and Albemarle, NC. Our CAS and Tax departments work side by side to support our clients who are entrepreneurial business owners and leaders of privately held businesses focused on growth.
