**About the Role** SUGARlight Photography is a Colorado\-based school photography company known for exceptional quality and a people\-first approach. We're growing fast and looking for a driven, personable sales rep to help us land new contracts with K\-8 schools, sports leagues, and dance studios across Colorado. This is a hunter role — you'll be prospecting, building relationships, and closing new accounts. If you love connecting with people, are self\-motivated, and want to grow with a locally\-owned company, this is your opportunity. **What You'll Do** * Identify and reach out to prospective schools, sports organizations, and dance studios * Build relationships with administrators, athletic directors, and studio owners * Present SUGARlight's services and close picture day agreements * Track outreach and pipeline activity * Represent the SUGARlight brand with warmth and professionalism **What We're Looking For** * Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or account development (education or community\-focused industries a plus) * Strong communicator — confident on the phone, in email, and in person * Self\-starter who can manage their own schedule and pipeline (90 days in office)...
