Our**FYidoctors \- Northridge \- Devonshire St.**clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a **Patient Services Specialist**! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration. This position is a full\-time role working 30\-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday. **What You'll Do** * Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, manage patient check\-in and check\-out and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email * Perform pre\-testing to support comprehensive eye care * Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments * Manage eyewear pick\-ups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear * Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring a positive patient experience * Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required **What Do You Bring** * Previous retail experience is considered an asset * Ability to multi\-task and thrive in a fast\-paced environment * Proficiency with technology and computers, includin...
