Overview: **Job Purpose** ICE supports the mortgage finance industry with leading cloud\-based platforms that help lenders originate and service loans, lower operational costs, and reduce the time to close, all while delivering the highest levels of compliance, quality and efficiency. This Growth Marketing Associate role supports multi\-channel growth marketing campaigns, including webinar coordination, paid media and advertising, email marketing, web optimization and digital demand generation, while helping with campaign analytics. The ideal candidate will coordinate across Marketing, Product, Sales and Professional Services to drive pipeline, accelerate revenue and strengthen ICE’s market position in the mortgage space. This is a high\-impact opportunity for an early\-career marketer to build hands\-on experience across the full B2B marketing funnel.
