We're looking for an Events \& PR Coordinator to own all our events from first plan to final pack\-down: concept, styling, logistics, timings, guest lists, shipping and on\-the\-ground delivery. Creatively minded, you will also make sure events work hard for press and marketing, coordinating with our LA PR agency and internal Marketing Teams to create exciting and impactful experiences for our loyal buyer and consignor community. **Primary Responsibilities** * Plan and deliver all US off\-site events, such as pre\-auction VIP events and public showcases, live auctions, press events, TV\-appearances, and consignment valuation days. * Manage and facilitate all production shoots, ensuring content shot by internal and external production teams is captured efficiently and at a high quality * Own event logistics end to end: venues, suppliers, contracts, travel, shipping, insurance, packing lists, staffing rotas, and display installation * Lead hands\-on setup and breakdown of displays, working with the specialist and operations teams on the safe handling of lots * Manage guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and VIP consignor and buyer hospitality * Track event budgets and report on results af...
