**Job Title:** Manager On Air Fundraising \& Membership Content **Division:** Development **Reports to:** Senior Manager Membership Growth \& Retention **Classification:** Exempt, Full\-Time **Pay:** $70,000\- $90,000 (Commensurate with Experience) **Position Purpose** Plan and produce WXXI’s radio and television membership fundraising and create year\-round membership content supporting WXXI and The Little Theatre. Working under the Senior Manager, Membership Growth \& Retention, the Manager develops appeals, prepares talent and coordinates production with all content teams, Marketing and Audience Development, Digital Products and The Little’s colleagues. Content should reflect each program’s distinct voice, benefits and reasons to join or renew. **Key Responsibilities** * Build WXXI radio and television fundraising plans within the approved membership calendar, goals and budget.
