Kohl Wholesale is looking to hire a Warehouse Training Manager to train all new hires on distribution center procedures, particularly with regard to ticket pulling, operation of pallet jacks and forklifts, paperwork procedures, standard operating procedures, safety and safety training, safety and safety re\-training, BFC, and coaching of new hires. HOURS: 4:00pm \- 1:30am Sunday \- Thursday and 8:00am \- 12:00pm on Friday REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or GED. * Valid driver’s license is required. * Must thoroughly understand all DOT regulations as they apply to all employees. * Previous warehousing and driving experience required, including operating a forklift. * Physical strength necessary to load and unload all product. * Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. on a regular basis. * Frequent standing, bending, and reaching. * Exposure to uncomfortable temperature levels. * Occasional exposure to environmental variation and weather changes if working outside the warehouse. * Able to work under stress and adapt to changing conditions. * Must have visual and aural faculties sufficient to enable employee to perform all tasks as set forth and assigned to him/her.
