Stokes Monuments is a locally based, family\-owned and operated business that has served Central Florida since 1927\. Our office is located approximately five miles from downtown Orlando, and our small team sells and installs granite and bronze memorials throughout Central Florida. We are looking for a full\-time Memorial Sales \& Customer Service Specialist to join our team for the long term. This is an in\-office, customer\-facing position combining sales, customer service, design, and project coordination. The person in this role will work directly with families to help them select and design memorials and will take ownership of those customers from their initial inquiry through design, ordering, production, and installation. **What the Position Involves** Our approach to sales is consultative rather than high\-pressure. Purchasing a memorial is a significant and often emotional decision. Our goal is to listen carefully, understand what a family wants, educate them about their options, and help them create a memorial they will be satisfied with for decades to come.
