Production of quality product, the ability to develop and train staff, a positive attitude and the ability to be creative and motivational with staff is crucial. Must have experience in managing Load n Go procedures, DSS, controlling Food and Labor costs and providing service at a level below 25 minute eADT. General managers are responsible for managing everything within the 4 walls of the store and making sure our customers are getting hot and fresh products on a consistent basis.
