Neulife Rehabilitation provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders. #### **Summary** The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a senior field operations leader responsible for the performance, stability, and leadership effectiveness of multiple NeuLife Rehabilitation locations. The RDO serves between the Chief Operating Officer and assigned Executive Directors, translating enterprise strategy into consistent execution while enabling the COO to remain focused on strategy, Marketing, National Admissions, business growth and development, expansion, and other Company priorities. The RDO owns assigned regional operational, financial, quality, compliance, workforce, and leadership results. Executive Directors retain accountability for the daily operations and results of their individual locations.
