Training Manager ONEai Health \| Healthcare Technology and Sales Enablement ONEai Health’s Continuous Care Intelligence platform helps healthcare providers manage chronic\-care patients between visits. We’re hiring a **hands\-on Training Manager to build our training function from scratch**. You’ll personally create materials, deliver training, and coach BDRs, AEs, SDRs, implementation specialists, and managers—from new\-hire onboarding through ongoing development. What You Will Do * Build role\-specific onboarding, learning paths, and a training calendar. * Write facilitator guides, participant materials, digital lessons, playbooks, and assessments. * Deliver virtual and in\-person training, role\-plays, individual coaching, and manager development. * **Keep BDRs, AEs, and SDRs current on every new module.** Partner with Product to update training, demos, and messaging and verify proficiency. * Maintain the learning management system (LMS), current content, and certification records. * Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Operations; measure readiness, time to proficiency, and performance improvement.
