* Ancillary Product Strategy \& Portfolio Management + Define and execute the ancillary portfolio strategy and roadmap, while owning assigned products and benefits. + Make prioritization and lifecycle decisions (launch, refresh, bundle, rationalize, sunset) and execute approved changes. + Identify, design, and implement opportunities to expand or optimize offerings and integrate ancillary bundles with major medical. + Develop and present data driven business cases; translate approved strategy into actionable workplans. + Serve as subject matter expert and day to day decision maker for assigned ancillary products. * Product Development \& Operational Execution + Lead and execute development, maintenance, and implementation of new products, benefit enhancements, and refreshes. + Coordinate day work with Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance, and AMS to ensure accurate configurations, and launches. + Draft, review, and approve product documentation (GTB, EOC, certificates, marketing and internal materials). + Evaluate and respond to custom or ad hoc ancillary requests, providing timely, practical recommendations. * Program Management \& Optimization + Directly manage anc...
