**Position Summary:** The Quality Reviewer Team Lead assists the Quality Improvement Manager with the oversight and development of the Clinical Document Analysts (CDA) and has the responsibility of onboarding new team members, role modeling of best practices of quality workflows/responsibilities, iCare values and the implementation of process improvements within the Quality and Education Department as well as the other agency service lines. The position serves to provide appropriate support and promote staff excellence, quality patient care, positive patient outcomes, and staff retention **Schedule:** Monday \- Friday, 8am to 430PM **Qualifications** * **Education:** Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy degree or Nursing Degree from an accredited school. * **Experience:** Two (2\) or more years of experience working in Home Health or Hospice, working with Medicare Regulations and/or experience in home care criteria and processes related to Managed Care. * OASIS certification within one year of hire. * **Licensure:** Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse in the state of New York. * Valid NY State Driver’s License and reliable tran...
