You will review source documents and regulatory binders, track deviations and corrective actions, and keep every site ready for a sponsor audit or an FDA inspection. The right person has worked as a coordinator and in regulatory, and knows what a clean study file looks like from both sides. **Key Responsibilities** * Run quality control review of source documents, case report forms, informed consent forms and regulatory binders across active studies * Track protocol deviations and CAPAs in our CTMS, confirm root causes are identified, and follow each CAPA to closure * Prepare sites for monitoring visits, sponsor audits and FDA inspections, and host auditors and inspectors * Report quality trends to site leadership each month, with findings by site, study and coordinator * Train and coach coordinators on GCP, ALCOA\+ documentation and our SOPs, and deliver retraining after findings * Maintain the QA worksheets and checklists, and take part in the annual SOP review * Confirm training records...
