**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manager Supply Chain activities under the direction of the Plant Manager and in accordance with company policy. * Provide leadership to Supply Chain employees through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. * Manage procurement and purchasing activities to ensure raw materials, components, packaging materials, and services are available to support production requirements while optimizing cost, quality, lead time, inventory levels, and continuity of supply. * Monitor material shelf life, expiration/retest dates, excess and obsolete inventory, and slow\-moving materials and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions with applicable stakeholders. * Direct and lead the day\-to\-day operations of the West Spokane Warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods, and inventory control.
