St. Joseph Housing Initiative (SJHI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating vibrant communities through affordable quality housing where low\- and moderate\-income families can thrive, prosper, and build wealth. SJHI acquires, renovates, and sells distressed properties to first\-time homebuyers while revitalizing neighborhoods throughout the City of St. Louis. SJHI is seeking an experienced nonprofit/community development Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of residential renovation and construction projects from acquisition through project completion and sale. The Construction Project Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with SJHI’s mission and quality standards.
