This is a senior operating role for someone who can read the work, buy it out, plan it, communicate it, protect the company contractually, and keep the project team aligned. The right candidate understands how plumbing scope moves from plans, specifications, approved submittals, and vendor quotations into commitments, releases, field installation, change management, billing, and closeout.
