**The Role:** The Developer, AI Solutions builds and maintains governed AI capabilities on approved enterprise platforms. This hands\-on individual contributor translates approved business use cases into safe, responsible, and measurable technical solutions. Success requires strong development, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross\-functional collaboration skills. This is a full time, remote role, based in the United States, reporting to the Director of AI. **Responsibilities:** * Build, configure, test, version, release and improve governed AI agents, workflows, prompts, retrieval, approved data sources and supporting automation. Translate approved business use cases into technical solution designs with clear assumptions, effort estimates, risks, and success criteria. * Build and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data connections with platform, data, application, and Security owners. * Support technical onboarding of business teams onto newly built agents, workflows, or reusable AI solutions. * Diagnose and address Tier 3 technical issues involving retrieval quality, indexing anomalies, workflow failures, agent failures, integration defects, permissi...
