Join our Florida team as a **Senior Field Engineer** supporting multiple local water and wastewater projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead project layout operations, solve complex field challenges, and grow your career in a collaborative, employee\-owned company that invests in your development.The ideal candidate will have at least five years of Field Engineer experience, preferably in water/wastewater construction, or a degree in engineering or surveying with relevant construction experience. You'll play a key role in establishing and maintaining project controls, performing field measurements, and providing leadership throughout all phases of project layout. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ability to perform site engineering work on mid to small sized projects with oversight from the project team. Ability to supervise field engineer assistants. Strong experience in the use and maintenance of surveying equipment such as robotic total stations, RTK GPS, data collectors, including Trimble and Topcon products. * Basic skills in AutoCAD, and general computer applications, and mobile devices.
