**1\. Position Purpose** The Ambulance Services of Lexington (ASL) is an integrated EMS service that provides ambulance services in counties with Braden Health\-owned hospitals. The Ambulance Services of Lexington operates as a department of the hospital with their own local EMS director that reports to the local hospital officers and board. In order to provide outstanding care, we have developed a number of system wide support positions that help each EMS service run seamlessly with their hospital and with all other ASL services. This position is for the ASL Regional Director that works with the ASL Board, EMS Medical Director(s), Clinical Mangers, Fleet Manager, Non\-Emergent Coordinator, Local EMS Directors, local Field Trainers, hospital medical executive committees, hospital officers, and Braden Health leadership to ensure that all clinical practices are optimized and standardized system\-wide across all locations.
