**Project Manager, Capital Projects** **REPORTS TO** Director of Capital Projects **PRIMARY OFFICE** Remote **TRAVEL** Richmond and Tidewater regions; occasional travel to Bonaventure's Corporate office in Northern Virginia and other portfolio properties as needed. **DEPARTMENT** Asset Management **Position Overview** As our Project Manager, you will manage owner\-side capital improvements and renovation projects that strengthen our communities and support an exceptional resident experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Capital Projects, you will oversee multiple unit renovation programs and capital projects from early scope and budgeting through construction, turnover, and closeout. Working closely with property operations, contractors, consultants, inspectors, and senior leadership, you will keep projects organized, communicate clearly, solve problems early, and deliver high\-quality work with strong attention to budget, schedule, safety, and the realities of construction in occupied apartment communities. **What You’ll Do** * Partner with Asset Management.
