Position Summary Tin\-Mar, Inc. is seeking an experienced Internal Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Huntsville, AL. This is the sole accounting position for the company and is responsible for the full accounting cycle — accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on, self\-directed accountant who is comfortable owning every function end to end in a small\-business manufacturing environment, works accurately with minimal oversight, and handles confidential financial and payroll information with discretion. Responsibilities * Perform all day\-to\-day accounting functions for the company, including AP, AR, general ledger, and month\-end close * Process accounts payable: verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation, code and enter invoices, and issue payments on schedule * Manage accounts receivable: generate and issue customer invoices from shipments, monitor aging, apply payments, and follow up on past\-due accounts * Process payroll in house, including timekeeping review, overtime, PTO accrual, payroll tax deposits and filings, 401(k) con...
