Bulk Environmental \& Industrial is a fast\-growing leading professional transportation and logistics services company providing long\-haul transportation, collection, and loading of waste and other materials. **JOB SUMMARY:** The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the month\-end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and process improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage and execute key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. * Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger in compliance with U.S. GAAP. * Participate in the timely and accurate preparation of internal and external financial reporting, including detailed account variance analysis and key schedules for stakeholders and equity partners. * Support financial audits and assist with board reporting, investor reporting, and lender requirements as applicable. * Drive process improvements and automation within N...
