**Position Summary:** Ten plus years of experience. Ability to run projects ranging from $50\-$100 million in size. The Senior Project Manager position is a multifaceted position that requires the candidate to develop business opportunities, provide overall management direction to one or more projects, establish project objectives, serve as main liaison with client, monitor construction and financial activities. Duties include bid preparation, project estimates, client proposals, contract administration, scheduling, cost control, site supervision, quality control, and overall client satisfaction.
