**Commercial Property Accountant** KWP Properties \|Chicago, IL \| Full\-Time (80 – 90k) KWP Properties is a third\-party commercial property management firm with a diverse retail, office, and industrial portfolio. We're hiring a Commercial Property Accountant to own the accounting cycle for a multi\-property portfolio and deliver accurate, on\-time financials to our ownership clients. This is a hybrid position, first 90 days training are in office, however, after that \- we are open to a later start (8:30 or 9am) with the ability to take a late lunch, leave at 4pm, then work remote till the day ends, with accountability built in (calls must be answered, clients taken care of) It also might be possible to work half days remote on Tue \& Thursday or something similar to that schedule. What you'll do: * Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for multiple ownership entities * Handle month\-end close: journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations * Prepare CAM, tax, and insurance reconciliations and tenant recoveries * Manage AR, tenant billing, and delinquency tracking * Process and code AP invoices * Support annual budgets and variance analysis What you bring: * 3\+ years...
