As a District Manager for Victra, you will lead approximately 10\-15 individual store locations while supervising your sales team and providing mentorship and direction when needed. **Compensation** **Base Pay:** $57,796 \- $66,688 Pay rates include base pay in the above range, with the opportunity to earn a monthly District Manager bonus.
