This position coordinates shipments, communicates with carriers and customers, tracks deliveries, and helps ensure orders move efficiently from pickup through delivery. Responsibilities * Coordinate daily shipments, pickups, and deliveries. * Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams. * Track shipments and provide timely status updates. * Prepare and maintain shipping and logistics documentation. * Enter shipment information accurately into company systems. * Monitor delivery schedules and help resolve transportation issues. * Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams. * Assist with scheduling and routing activities. * Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
