We are seeking an experienced, hands\-on Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our metal recycling facility in Knoxville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial operations, metal recycling, heavy equipment management, production efficiency, and employee supervision. This position requires a results\-driven leader who can maintain a safe, productive, and profitable operation while managing personnel, equipment, production schedules, maintenance, and operational costs.
