**What You Will Do:*** Apply knowledge of end\-to\-end finance processes, including Record\-to\-Report (R2R), financial and management reporting, financial close optimization, ERP\-enabled process improvement, and FP\&A enhancements across client engagements. * Lead portions of client engagements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency. * Support and lead engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and delivery. * Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and supporting client relationship management. **Minimum Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in a related field. * 5\+ years of relevant experience in consulting, public accounting, finance transformation, accounting operations, or corporate finance. * Experience with financial close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, or Record\-to\-Report (R2R) processes. * Experience with financial reporting, close automation, account reconciliation, or finance transformation technologies. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. **Preferred Qua...
