**About Spring Innovation Fund** ================================ Spring Innovation Fund is a venture philanthropy studio and fund building the next generation of welfare technologies for animals in farms and fisheries. We co\-found new companies through our **venture studio** and back external ones through our **investment portfolio** , on a simple thesis: the most durable welfare gains come from solutions the industry actually wants to adopt; technologies that align animal welfare and producer profitability by design. **The Role** ============ We are looking for a Research Analyst to support the Spring team with both desk \& field research, market analysis, business modeling, and ad hoc research projects. You will help us understand markets, build and check models, gather and organize information, and write up findings clearly. The work is varied: one week might be sizing a market segment, the next might be a literature review or a set of company profiles.
