**Training and Compliance Coordinator** Department \- Human Resource Services FLSA Status \- non\-exempt **Job Summary** Conduct workshops, in\-services, and other training to meet the standards of the various funding and/or accreditation agencies for DSNWK CSP and for DSNWK CDDO. Implement and maintain a system\-wide corporate compliance program for DSNWK CSP. Promote an awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the mission and philosophy of DSNWK CSP and those required by federal and state law. **Essential Functions** * Develop and conduct training as required by DCF, KDADS, KDHE, and other licensing, funding or accrediting entities, or as requested for staff. * Continually research, learn, and utilize current design applications and technologies to reach department goals. * Help identify and cultivate relationships in communities throughout northwest Kansas. * Manage and execute DSNWK Innovation Team requests, working toward completion of goals and objectives as established within the team. * Develop and maintain digital documents and drives across departments as needed (ie: Google sheets). a.
