Lowville Producers is a multi\-faceted business owned by 190 dairy farm families that serves the dairy industry in Lewis County NY. The ability to grow and adapt with today’s dynamic Dairy industry is necessary to fill this position. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Monitors milk supply, demand, customer requirements, and market conditions to optimize daily milk movement; * Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of member milk while minimizing waste; * Maintain strong and responsive relationships with raw milk customers; * Oversees daily operation of the retail cheese store, milk quality lab; * Manages marketing and logistics for milk product; * Maintain communication with member farms, customers, haulers, plants and operational partners to ensure effective coordination and customer satisfaction; * Provide leadership and operational support during periods of significant supply, de...
