This position ensures materials and equipment are shipped accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with U.S. Customs and export regulations. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including parcel, LTL, truckload, air, and ocean freight. * Prepare shipping and export documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin. * Prepare and submit Automated Export System (AES) filings for applicable shipments. * Coordinate with freight carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams. * Schedule pickups, monitor shipments, and resolve delivery issues, discrepancies, and freight claims. * ...
