**JOB SUMMARY** The Project Manager is the entry\-level role within the Program Management career path and supports new build and repair/re\-fit projects from initiation through completion. This role works closely with Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers to coordinate project activities, track budget and schedule performance, and help ensure production, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams remain aligned to project requirements. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Support Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers in coordinating assigned new build and repair/re\-fit projects by helping define scope, objectives, schedules, and key deliverables. * Assist with gathering project requirements, researching manpower, equipment, and material needs, and maintaining project records with attention to budget and schedule targets. * Help drive project start\-up activities by submitting and following up on design requests, engineering requests, vendor quote requests, code compliance checks, and other required project tasks. * Maintain project schedules, track intermediate milestones, and communicate status updates, risks, delays, and changes to the appropriate stakeholders....
