**QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in facilities management, engineering, construction management, business administration, public administration, transportation, emergency management, or a related field; an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressively responsible experience may be considered; Master’s Degree preferred. * Seven (7\) or more years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, building operations, maintenance, transportation, public works, construction, school operations, security systems, or a comparable complex operational environment. * At least three (3\) years of supervisory or management experience, including responsibility for directing, scheduling, evaluating, and/or coordinating employees and operational functions. * Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple facilities, operational programs, contractors, vendors, and/or service providers. * Demonstrated knowledge of building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, generators, building management systems, grounds, snow and ice operations, and related infrastructure. * D...
