**AI Field Engineer** This is a full\-time opportunity for an AI engineer who can work directly with customers to build, deploy, and operationalize production AI systems. The role is remote\-first for US\-based hires, with regular customer travel and on\-site delivery. **Role Overview** You will sit at the intersection of applied AI engineering, customer delivery, and product feedback. You will take ambiguous customer problems from discovery through proof of concept and production integration, working closely with technical stakeholders and internal product and engineering teams. **What You Will Do** * Lead customer\-facing technical discovery, solution design, and proof\-of\-concept delivery for production AI use cases. * Build and deploy LLM applications, agentic workflows, retrieval\-augmented generation systems, evaluations, guardrails, and observability into customer environments. * Own integrations and technical implementations across cloud AI platforms, APIs, data systems, and containerized production services. * Translate customer requirements and deployment learnings into clear product feedback and repeatable implementation patterns. * Partner with customer engineering, pl...
