**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES** We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands\-on **Senior Accounting Manager** to lead management reporting, financial analysis, and day\-to\-day accounting operations, including the general ledger and monthly close, for a growing multi\-brand, multi\-unit, multi\-state food and beverage organization. Reporting to the Controller, this Las Vegas\-based role also partners with the CFO and brand leadership to turn results into clear, actionable insight and to support growth initiatives, including new locations, lease decisions, and franchise activity. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in restaurant, franchise, hospitality, retail, or food and beverage finance, is comfortable working at both the strategic and line\-item level, and has experience managing remote or offshore teams.
