Creditors’ rights law firm seeks full\-time Legal Operations Specialist on our Service Team in our Mesa, AZ office. This position will primarily be responsible for executing and monitoring the preparation of legal documents for collections matters. This candidate must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner with staff and outside parties and manage a challenging workload in a high\-volume legal environment. **Essential Functions** * Prepare litigation and post judgment documents in accordance with client and firm policies and procedure * Request documentation from clients and courts * Prepare assorted legal filings for Arizona state and Federal courts * File and follow up on court filings * Communicate with staff and outside parties * Accurately enter data into internal systems * Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** * Proficient in MS office applications with advanced Excel proficiency * Strong work ethic (work performance and attendance) * Knowledge of Arizona court procedures a plus * Must be able to be accurate as well as efficient * Must be able to work with minimal guidance to prioritize and handle multiple concurrent tasks * Experience working...
