We're hiring an Account Executive who wants to sit across the table from business owners, understand what they need, and deliver solutions they can count on. **What You'll Do** * Find and open doors with employers through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach * Meet with business owners and HR leaders to assess their group health, voluntary benefits, and HR needs * Recommend and present tailored solutions in a clear, consultative way * Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients * Follow up on leads and manage your pipeline * Partner with our internal team to deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction **What Success Looks Like** * Early on: you complete our training, learn our carrier and product lineup, and build a target list of employers in your territory * Over time: you build a growing pipeli...
