Description: ***POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD*** Dynamic Science, Inc. is recruiting one dedicated AIC Training Supervisor for the Fort Bliss Airspace Information Center, contingent on award of W911S826RA015\. The Training Supervisor plans and runs AIC training on the day shift. The position is not combined with the ATC Training Supervisor and is not a scheduled control seat except for currency required by TC 3\-04\.15\. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, schedule, direct, and supervise facility training of assigned AIC personnel, including classroom and self\-study. * Develop local course material, training aids, and scenarios for AIC flight following, special\-use airspace, and UAS coordination. * Evaluate trainee progress, maintain training records, and position\-qualify trainees. * Recommend proficiency or remedial training to the AIC Facility Chief. * Administer biennial written exams and skill evaluations. * Report trainee status to the Site Manager. * Ensure personnel performing UAS\-related AIC functions are trained to Attachment 4 and applicable Army, DoD, and FAA policy.
