Registered Nurse \- Dialysis Duties: \- Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting \- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments \- Administer medications and monitor patients' response to treatment \- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans \- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding dialysis treatment and self\-care \- Monitor patients' vital signs, fluid balance, and response to treatment \- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems \- Ensure proper airway management during dialysis treatments \- Participate in discharge planning and coordination of care for patients transitioning to home or other healthcare settings Experience: \- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a dialysis setting \- Proficient in medication administ...
