Description: The **MROS \& Chemical Management Senior Specialist** is responsible for the management, control, and optimization of Maintenance, Repair, Operations, and Supplies (MROS) inventory and chemical waste management/disposal supporting EPC Power's manufacturing operations. This role ensures maintenance technicians, facilities personnel, and production teams have timely access to critical consumables necessary to maintain operational uptime and support production goals, and the chemical waste is properly managed. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary owner of the MROS program, driving inventory accuracy, material availability, cost control, monitor/manage chemical waste disposal and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, EHS, and Purchasing teams.
